  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • Custom-made or stitched items (unless defective)
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with perfume, makeup, or other stains
  • Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments (hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

Enter your order number, email, and select items you want to return.

Choose the reason for return from the provided list.

Approval & Pickup

We'll review and approve your request within 24 hours. We'll arrange free pickup.

Quality Check

Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.

Refund/Exchange

Refund processed within 7-10 business days or exchange shipped immediately.

Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing Time: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Store Credit: You can opt for store credit which is processed immediately.

Exchange Policy

Size/Color Exchange: Free exchange for different size or color of the same product.

Different Product: You can exchange for a different product of equal or higher value.

Price Difference: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, pay the difference. Lower-priced items will be refunded.

Shipping: We cover shipping for the first exchange. Customer pays for subsequent exchanges.

Processing Time: Exchanges are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately:

  • Take photos of the defect or damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
  • All shipping costs will be covered by us
